I'm Having Troubles Logging In

Make sure you are logging into the correct page - we have a Choir homepage www.singspacechoir.com and a Vocal Gym™ homepage www.thesingspace.com - the two are not interlinked. If it is still happening, close all windows and try again or try with another device or browser. If the issue persists please email enquiries@thesingspace.com.

On the login page you will find a “forgot password” link under the login button - this will allow you to reset it. If it does not appear in your inbox please check your junk/spam folder.

Sometimes the website may be affected by traffic or it could be that maintenance on the website is being carried out. We will aim to notify you of any website maintenance that may affect this but sometimes it's not always possible, especially on a weekend.

Signing Up To My Local Choir

We accept all abilities! Even if you've never sung before. Our aim is to bring the joy of singing to anyone who wants to join in and be a part of it.

Of course!! We actually really struggle when it comes to men joining our choirs and we absolutely want you there!

YES! Choirs will have local organised performances as well as Sing Space organised performances. These are optional to take part in but a great way to build confidence and once you've done one, you'll want to do them all!

Each Choir has tasters available for at least the first 3 weeks of term and you can find these by clicking the "Taster" button on your local choirs homepage. If there are no taster sessions available please reach out to the choir leader and ask

Please contact the Choir Leader and they can provide you with a pro rata discount code if they are still accepting new members. Some choirs may suggest you to start the following term if they feel they are too far into materials so that they can offer you the best experience.

Each seat booked needs to have an assigned email address, and so you will need to enrol individually using separate emails for separate people.

Yes you can! Purchase a seat and enter your own personal details so that they are not sent any welcome information. You can then email us to let us know and include the person's name and email address it is for. We will then present you a certificate which you can either send via email or print. They can then get in contact at enquiries@thesingspace.com and we can amend their details on the purchase so they can access the content.

What Are My Payment Options?

Instalments are available each term for a limited time. Thereafter, payment is for the term in full. Instalments are due irrespective of attendance.

Some of our Choir offer a Monthly rolling option which can be purchased for a limited time throughout the year. We recommend this payment option to long term members who consistently join each term and split the cost of 3 terms in 12 equal payments throughout the year*

*non completion of 12 payments will require an exit fee to complete the cost of the current term or previous terms

We have 2 payment options - you can pay for the whole term upfront or you can pay in 3 instalments to help spread the cost. We understand that everyone has differing circumstances and we offer funded and part-funded spaces for those who would not otherwise be able to afford to attend. Finances should never get in the way of singing! Please get in contact with the choir leader to discuss part funded fee's.

Instalments are 3 payments that are reoccurring for 3 months. You will be charged your first payment on the day of sign up and then the same date two months following. This is not a pay as you go plan and the payments will still be due irrespective of attendance.

New members are entitled to a refund within 14 days or purchase or 7 days from the first session of term - where a taster session has been purchased this will be included within the 14 days. Any sessions that have passed, been attended fall on the date of notification will be charged

The Monthly Rolling plan is for long term committed members, offering them an easy way to attend without having to sign up each term.

It spreads the cost of 3 terms over 12 equal payments and offers a discount of £5.44 per term. You can cancel this plan at any time but all 4 payments for the term must be made and you will be subject to an exit fee of £5.44 after 1 term and £10.88 after 2 terms.

Please note that the Monthly rolling will start charging you from the day of purchase and the fees collected in advance will go towards the next term.

As we understand circumstances can often change, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of your purchase and where you have purchased in advance of the term starting for all new members, we extend this from the first session of term for 7 days. Any sessions that have passed prior to you notifying us will be charged regardless of attendance. Please note - After this 7 day period has passed we won't be able to accept a refund on your fees however the Choir Leader may allow you to defer to the next term at their discretion. Or alternatively you can sell the remainder of your seat t someone who is not already a member.

Existing members will not be entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee or extended policy as this is a renewal of an existing subscription

Accessing Materials and Live/Ondemand Classes

Some Choirs host their live streams on your Members Facebook Page - Once you have joined your Choir Facebook page there will be a live stream that goes live just before your choir session is about to start.

Other Choirs may host their Live Classes through the website - You can access these through the Calendar when you are logged in - just go to the relevant date and it will ask you to register - Once the session is live you will be able to enter the session.

If you are having any troubles with accessing your live streamed classed please contact your choir leader.

When you log into your account you will have a homepage that appears with several boxes - If you click the "Autumn* Material" box it will open all the music you need for the current term.

*This is relevant to the term you are signed up to and so it could be "Spring Material" or "Summer Material instead"

As of Spring 2026 enrolments the resources link can be found in your Choirs Course Curriculum. To find this log into your account and on your homepage you will see a box titled with your choir location, there is a resources section in there with a link to enrol



I'm Having Difficulties Receiving/Actioning Communications

Due to our emails being broadcast emails (where they are sent to multiple people at the same time). Your inbox may think this is Junk/ Spam and automatically direct it there. Normally when you mark the email as safe it does not happen again.

Also it should be noted that if you unsubscribe from our mailing list please ensure you select "Email Broadcasts" only otherwise you may miss out on important information from your Choir Leader. If you wish to unsubscribe from all emails please let your Choir Leader know so they can arrange an alternative way to communicate important information.

Occasionally certain devices do not process the format of the email properly - if you reply to the email we should be able to help you.

If your email has been sent from the Sing Space team please email enquiries@singspace.com.

If your email has been sent from your Choir Leader please contact them directly as it could be a localised communication

I'm Having Problems With My Payments

This could be due to a payment that was unsuccessful and then was automatically taken at a later date. OR If you have enrolled in a new term the payment will be taken automatically the day you have chosen to enrol.

Contact your bank as it may be a restriction from them.

When the system cannot take a payment from your account, it will try again a further 3 times - these are automatic emails and it gives you a link of how to pay. You may also get sent a manual email from the team which also notifies you - there will be a link attached where you can pay it directly.

Click the icon in the top right hand corner, click my account and then billing.

If you are not an existing member please contact enquiries@thesingspace.com.

If you are an existing member when you enter the coupon and then sign in as it prompts the code will be removed - Please make sure you sign in first and then enter the voucher.

If you have been charged incorrectly due to the coupon not working please emails enquiries@thesingspace.com

If you have missed a payment you will receive an automatic email telling you that it has not been successful, the system will automatically retry at random. You may occasionally get an email from us as a check in if we notice this is an ongoing occurence.

We are an adult only choir and we accept members aged 16 and above. Our weekly sessions are for adults only - I’m afraid we cannot accept children on adhoc basis.
