Come and join our exciting taster session to experience our wonderful Exeter choir before officially joining!
Get ready to perfect your singing skills with Kelly Young, who has West End, UK Tour and international credits under her belt! Kelly is a trained vocal coach with 10 years experience teaching and will help you get the best out of your voice - and will encourage you to simply HAVE FUN!
Please note that this is an adult choir and the taster session is for 18+ years old and above.
Suitable for beginners through to advanced singers!

Interested in joining the Sing Space Musical Theatre choir?
With spaces very limited, you can join us in January for a term of show tunes, technique and harmonies with like-minded people The Sing Space choir welcomes all levels.
We have toured with Gareth Malone in 2022 and 2023, we, were asked to support Kerry Ellis on her album tour and headlined Cadogan Hall in London this summer at SingFest with Leading West End lady, Cassidy Janson, for the charity A Choir With No Name.
Locally, we've performed at All Saints Church for festive performances, Exeter RESPECT Festival, The Exeter Phoenix, for Princesshay at at the Exeter RAMM where we raised £900+ for FORCE Cancer Charity and the RAMM trust. We are also collaborating with Torquay Pride for exciting performances!
We will rehearse Thursday evenings, 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

With 15+ years experience, Kelly is a seasoned vocalist, choir leader and entertainer!
Kelly can most recently be seen and heard backing Michael Buble in the ASDA 2023 Christmas Advert, directed by Taika Waititi, along with our very own Torquay Choir member Elizabeth!
Kelly has also recently sung with the Armenian Philharmonic Orchestra in their annual 'Sinatra' concert to critical acclaim.
Kelly can currently be seen on the 'Get It On' UK Tour in addition to a string solo dates across the South.
Kelly is Associate Lecturer (Voice) at Oxford Brookes University, and she has been teaching singing privately since 2014.
In 2021 Kelly undertook singing teacher training with The Vocal Process, and qualified in Vocal Health First Aid with Vocal Health Education.
Kelly has studied privately with the renowned Kim Chandler, and has also recently completed the Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy with Kerrie Obert through the Voice Study Centre.
Kelly prides herself as a 'people person' and wants to share her knowledge of singing and performing with all!
