Our sharing rooms are spacious and (obviously) very sociable! Think of it like a singing slumber party.
Rooms vary from the Farmhouse Master Suite, to the Grand Eco Friendly Lodge - so nothing is shabby here!
Twin Bed in a Large Room with 2-3 Others: £399
For those that prefer to sleep in their own space, there are some rooms available with large double beds and your own privacy. You will share a bathroom with 1-3 others in your surrounding area.
Double Bed in Private Room: £549 pp
For those wanting a more luxurious experience, we have stunning ensuite spaces all to yourself, such as shepherd's huts with wood burners and circular tree lodges, up high with sweeping views over the farm.

Exclusive 12 Acre Farm Accomodation
The venue for the Singer & The Self Luxury Retreat is the beautiful, serene Fair Oak Farm in East Sussex. As well all the features of the retreat itself, you have a choice of accomodation to suit your wants, needs and budget.
The farm consists of a large 16th century farm house and 4 barn conversions (Grain Store, Stable Cottage, Cowsheds East and West) - all of these are very centrally located for those who want to be in the middle of the action.
Those wanting more privacy and peaceful countryside surrounds can choose from the Eco Tree Lodges and Shepherd's Huts, set in the orchard area. The Oast House is central being just behind the Farmhouse, but still has a lot of privacy.
Ts & Cs:
Cancellation of your place may be made up until 15th August, minus a non-refundable deposit of £150. Cancellations made after 15th August will not be refunded, however you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else, found and arranged by you.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat ourselves, all monies paid will be refunded within 10 working days.
Rachel and Becky are not responsible for your health and safety during your time with us on the farm and in the workshops/classes. It is your responsibility to let us know if you have any vocal injuries and be mindful at all times of your own vocal health and capabilities.
We may like to take videos or photos during the retreat, which may feature on our socials, emails and/or websites. Please let us know in advance if you wish not to be shown.
