When purchasing our terms fees you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions, acknowledged by the acceptance box at checkout.
By accepting the terms you are agreeing to pay any applicable fees towards the term you have purchased, regardless of completing the full 12 week attendance (or weeks stated upon purchase in line with public holidays) .

1. You have signed up to a monthly rolling plan, spreading the cost of one term over 4 monthly payments (with the exception of Glasgow, see point 4).
2. This payment plan will renew automatically each term unless you decide to cancel, to do this you will need to notify Sing Space on enquiries@thesingspace.com.
3. You can cancel your membership within a term break period. However, you will be required to pay any outstanding fees totalling the full terms balance, even if those payments fall outside of term time.
4. The minimum commitment for your membership is one term to the total of £131.96 (regional) £159.96 (London) with the exception of Glasgow Choirs who have varying term sessions but are calculated at £10.99 per session inline with the term dates stated upon purchase. These fees are due regardless of attendance unless this has been pre approved by your choir leader.
4a. Where payments have been exceeded over the one term minimum, fees will be calculated back to your membership start date to ensure all previous and active terms fees are covered in full.
5. If you have purchased a taster before starting your membership this fee will be included in your rolling total.
6. If you cancel within the first 12 months of your membership, you will be required to pay any remaining payments for the term attended (as stated in point 4), plus a one off administrative charge of £5.00.
7. In instances where fees are owed and you refuse to pay the requested finalisation fee, these fees will be taken manually from any payment method available to us on the payment system under your customer profile.
8. There are no refunds offered on our memberships unless you have overpaid the attended terms balance and are notifying us before the next term commences.
9. All new members are entitled to a no questions asked 14 day money back guarantee if they change their mind within 14 days of purchase. Where purchases are made in advance of term we offer a 7 day extension from their first session of term. After this time period, payment for the term is required in full.
10. As part of your membership you receive certain rewards across Sing Space and other partnership events. These rewards are only valid while your membership is active.
11. If you decide to leave the membership you will no longer be entitled to receive these rewards from the date of cancelation however, anything purchased during your active membership will not be effected so long as you have completed at least one full term and all 4 payments that contribute to it or pro rata fee if you join us during term time.
12. The rewards and benefits received as part of this membership are available for a limited time, are subject to change and will be reviewed on a termly basis.
13. You are not permitted to share any discount codes or offers to anyone outside of the Membership, in doing so may mean these rewards are revoked and not offered in future.
14. Although the fees paid on sign up are monthly rolling payments - these may be subject to increase inline with any other membership increases we make across the website, but we will notify you of changes at least 30 calendar days before this is actioned.
15. If for any reason you cannot attend a session you will have the opportunity to catch up with these sessions online via your choir's Facebook page or via Zenler, our host website - if you know you cannot attend sessions in advance of the term - the full fee is still required. Refunds will not be given for any session you are unable to attend.
16. Performance opportunities will require you to purchase a Sing Space T-Shirt, or wear a plain black t-shirt/shirt with no other visible logos.
17. Any Government mandated lockdown or restriction of any kind may warrant us to move to online sessions. No refund will be given as sessions will still happen via live streaming.
18. In cases where your Choir Leader may be ill - our priority is always to still have the session go ahead and your Choir Leader will provide cover for this session. If they are unable to find suitable cover for the session, time will be given to make up for the session missed. This may mean extended sessions throughout the rest of term or a week added to the end of term. You will not be refunded for this session in the first instance unless an alternative option cannot be given and falls at the discretion of Sing Space.
19. Bank Holidays - for choirs who may be affected by Bank Holidays your Choir leader will decide ahead of term if the session will still go ahead on that day or moved to another day in the week. You will not be compensated if you cannot attend on bank holiday or the alternative day.
20. Monies paid are collected by Arts Collective Ltd acting as agent for Sing Space Choir North OR Sing Space Choir South and your choir leader/ manager. Full details are disclosed on each choir sales page and in your purchase confirmation. VAT Included where applicable.
