1. You have signed up for The Stage Door Membership, a monthly rolling plan, spreading the cost of 3 terms over 12 months of equal payments.

2. This payment plan will renew automatically unless you decide to cancel, to do this you will need to notify Sing Space on enquiries@thesingspace.com.    

3. You can cancel your Stage Door membership at any time. However, you will be required to pay any remaining payments for the current term.    

4. If you cancel within the first 12 months, you will be required to pay any remaining payments for the current term, plus a one off administrative charge of £5.00.    

5. There are no refunds offered on the Stage Door Membership payments unless you have overpaid the current terms balance and are notifying us before the next term commences.    

6. As part of The Stage Door membership this entitles you to receive certain rewards across Sing Space and other partnership events. These rewards are only valid while your membership is active.    

7. If you decide to leave the membership you will no longer be entitled to receive these rewards from the date of cancelation however, anything purchased during your active membership will not be effected so long as you have completed at least one full term and all 4 payments that contribute to it.    

8. The rewards and benefits received as part of this membership are available for a limited time, are subject to change and will be reviewed on a termly basis.    

9. You are not permitted to share any discount codes or offers to anyone outside of the Stage Door Membership, in doing so may mean these rewards are revoked and not offered in future.

10. Although the fees paid on sign up are monthly rolling payments - these may be subject to increase inline with any other membership increases we make across the website, but we will notify you of changes at least 30 calendar days before this is actioned.    

11. If for any reason you cannot attend a session you will have the opportunity to catch up with these sessions online via your choir's Facebook page or via Zenler, our host website - if you know you cannot attend sessions in advance of the term - the full fee is still required.    

12. Performance opportunities will require you to purchase a Sing Space T-Shirt.    

13. Any Government mandated lockdown or restriction of any kind may warrant us to move to online sessions. No refund will be given as sessions will still happen via live streaming.    

14. In cases where your Choir Leader may be ill - our priority is always to still have the session go ahead and your Choir Leader will provide cover for this session. If they are unable to find suitable cover for the session, time will be given to make up for the session missed. This may mean extended sessions throughout the rest of term or a week added to the end of term. You will not be refunded for this session in the first instance unless an alternative option cannot be given.    

15. Bank Holidays - for choirs who may be affected by Bank Holidays your Choir leader will decide ahead of term if the session will still go ahead on that day or moved to another day in the week. You will not be compensated if you cannot attend on bank holiday or the alternative day.

16. Monies paid are collected by Arts Collective Ltd acting as agent for Sing Space Choir North OR Sing Space Choir South and your choir leader/ manager. Full details are disclosed on each choir sales page and in your purchase confirmation. VAT Included where applicable.
